GAPA-DPA PINNACLE Award. Claim this award after you have completed all 15 Provinces on the PA Collector sheet, then start collecting the Arms stamps for each of the six (6) Dutch Kingdom Territories. The Dutch FLAG Stamp is numbered and can be claimed on completion. These awards are numbered. These awards are offered in different modes each being shown on the endorsement BAR or stamp. The achievement recognition will be posted in the relevant mode OLAR table.
